Why are the products here cheaper than in store?

Due to the fact all our pricing is done manually, the prices on this site are locked in and do not allow for human error and have live up to date pricing. We are also able to do better pricing as payment is taken with order which helps us pay our suppliers early and secure better rates.

Can I used my in store account terms for the pricing on this website?

No. Your account payment terms are not available for the pricing on this site. Only payment with order secures these prices.

Why can I only select click and collect as a shipping option?

Not delivering the items allows us to discount the items as it saves on shipping, labour etc...

How long will you hold my order after I arrange it?

We will hold your order for 3 days after order. We will be in touch after order to confirm stock availability. After the 3 days the order will be cancelled and you will need to reorder.

What is the returns policy for purchases on this portal?

Returns in satisfactory condition are only eligible for store credit.
